My name is Jeremy Lyon
I am a husband, dad, and a Precision Nutrition certified coach. I believe in family, faith, and fitness.
My passion, outside of my family, is lifting heavy weights, body composition, and building health for longevity.
I don't believe that everyone should have the same weight goals, follow rigid plans that aren't sustainable, or hurt themselves in the pursuit of fat loss or muscle gain goals.

I’ll check in with you frequently to see how you’re doing and to answer any questions you have. Also, you can message me whenever you need. The program also tracks everything from your measurements to your consistency, so you can see just how much progress you’ve made.
